But, cocktail parties are easy. So, we turned writing into a cocktail party. Twice a month, we host some of the most creative people we know and, over the course of a bottle (or two), we craft a story. Characters, conflicts and plot twists come rapid fire as we all draw upon those small, inspiring moments that come and go in our daily lives — the ones we forget all about by the time we sit down to write. Film. Tv. Social video. It’s all on the table. Along with bruschetta and maybe a little grilled octopus. If you can score an invite, I highly recommend it. The Theme Knock, Knock For StoryTimers 2, we’re doing things a bit differently. Instead of open-ended idea generation, we’re building a sandbox structure for everyone to play in.
